Saving programs
We offer unique saving programs designed to help you build a secure financial future. A percentage of your rent is placed into a dedicated account, providing you with a valuable savings opportunity during your time with us. We have 4 types of saving programs where we put a certain percentage of what an individual or family pays in rent in an account. There is a 20% 25% and two 30%.
20% saving
A portion of your rent each month goes directly into a savings account for you. Start saving today!
25% saving
With our 25% saving program, you'll be surprised how quickly your savings can grow.
30% saving (option 1)
Maximize your savings potential with our higher percentage saving programs. This is a great way to save for your security deposit and/or rent for your future home.
30% saving (option 2)
Maximize your savings potential with our higher percentage saving programs with max rent and max out stay of 2 years. This is a great way to save for your security deposit and/or rent and possibly a down payment on owning your first future home.
